  • What kind of brands do you work with?

    We partner with bold, mission-driven CPG brands—especially in health, wellness, and lifestyle—who are ready to scale with standout visual storytelling. Whether you’re in the early growth stage or prepping for national retail, we’re here to elevate your brand.

  • Where are you located, and do you work with clients outside your city?

    We’re based in Canada but work with clients all across North America (and beyond). Most of our strategy and content planning happens virtually, and for product shoots, you can simply ship your products to our studio.

  • Do you only work with CPG brands?

    While CPG is our sweet spot, we’re open to working with any brand that values strategic content and strong visual identity. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—we’ll let you know if we’re the right fit.

Services & Process

  • What services do you offer?

    We specialize in strategic content creation, product photography and videography, and brand development. This includes everything from brand voice and identity to short-form video, campaign visuals, and Amazon or DTC content.

  • What’s the typical process of working with you?

    Most projects start with our signature brand clarity session or “The Brand Brightener”—our strategic starter. From there, we dive into visual planning, content production, and rollout. Monthly retainers include strategy, creative execution, and performance snapshots.

  • Do you offer just photography or video?

    Yes—but always with strategy behind it. We offer standalone product photography or video, but most clients see the best results when combining these with brand and campaign direction. We don’t do one-off “pretty pictures”—everything we shoot has a purpose.

  • What’s included in your content retainers?

    Each package includes monthly strategy, content creation (photos + videos), and performance review. You can view a breakdown of our Bronze, Silver, and Gold retainer packages [here]. We can also customize based on your goals.

  • Do you help with social media management or paid ads?

    We don’t manage platforms or media buying directly—but we do create scroll-stopping content optimized for performance, and we collaborate with your team or partners to make sure it hits the mark.

Logistics & Delivery

  • What are your payment terms?

    To reserve your shoot, we require a 50% deposit and a signed contract. The remaining balance is due before your final content is delivered. For larger retainers or brand builds, we can discuss a milestone payment schedule.

  • What’s your typical turnaround time?

    Turnaround is usually 7–10 business days from the shoot date, depending on our current production queue and the complexity of your concept. If you have a hard deadline, let us know in advance—we’ll do everything we can to meet it.

  • Do I get to preview or approve the content before final delivery?

    Absolutely. You’ll receive a proof gallery to select your final images, or we can handle selects on your behalf. Pre-production is always a collaborative process, and we’ll get your approval on the creative direction before we shoot.

  • Do you return the products after the shoot?

    Yes—if you’d like your products returned, please include a prepaid return label or we’ll invoice for the return shipping. If no return is requested, we’ll hold your products in our studio for up to 12 months in case of future shoots or updates.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable. This is why your brief and pre-production sign-off are so important. That said, if you believe there’s been a major issue with the final deliverables, reach out and we’ll assess the situation—reshoots may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Photography & Shipping

  • Can I send you my products to shoot?

    Absolutely! Most of our clients ship their products to our studio. We’ll provide you with a delivery window and guide to make sure everything arrives prepped and photo-ready.

  • What kind of product photography do you offer?

    We specialize in styled product photography that aligns with your brand. Think studio setups, campaign-style visuals, flat lays, stop-motion, or lifestyle-inspired scenes. All designed to help your product pop.

  • Do I need to be on-site for the shoot?

    Nope! We handle everything—from concept to styling to delivery. We’ll keep you in the loop with preview shots and review rounds. And if you do want to be there, we will rent a location suitable for everyone!

Pricing & Budget

  • How does it cost to work with you?

    Our monthly retainers range from $2,500–$10,000 CAD/month depending on scope. One-off shoots or brand strategy projects typically start at $3,000 CAD. If you’re unsure what you need, our Brand Brightener is a great entry point.

  • Do you offer à la carte services?

    For new clients, we generally start with a strategy-first engagement or package. However, for returning clients or special projects, we’re open to creating custom solutions.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes—we offer payment plans for larger projects or brand builds. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll work together on a payment structure that makes sense.

    Yes! Whether you’re ready for a full brand refresh or just need a strategic reset, we help you align visuals, messaging, and content for more impact.

  • Do you work with in-house teams or other agencies?

    Definitely. We collaborate with in-house marketing teams, social media managers, and paid media partners to make sure your content is cohesive and effective.
